Mankiewicz expands in China
The German coatings manufacturer just opened a new plant in Dushan, China, closely to Shanghai. The plant is the companies second in China now.
Mankiewicz sates, that the new plant will enable it to be more flexible, responsive, and faster in the future for the Chinese market and the entire Asian region. And promises a more reliable customer support with coatings dedicated and produced for a large variety of growing markets within the ecosystem of China.
Thanks to a seamless set-up, laboratories, application technology centers, production lines, logistics centers, and sales offices can all draw on a tailor-made infrastructure on the large site.
With local and innovative customization the Chinese team will set the R&D and production focus on tailor-made solutions for the Chinese and Asian market.
The facility has now been officially opened with a grand ceremony, and the first batches have been produced, marking the successful start of regular production.
