Cortec has introduced „VpCI-330“, a rust preventative designed for applications where agitation is limited and a thin, transparent film is required. This product forms a homogeneous, light oil coating that remains wet and does not dry or stain, making it suitable for dip tanks with extended hold times and for manual application methods such as brushing or spraying.

The formulation addresses common issues associated with rust preventatives that separate or leave residues, which can lead to surface staining and potential rejection of parts. The anti-corrsion-product performs effectively in high humidity environments, which are typical in overseas shipping scenarios where moisture buildup can accelerate corrosion. Its non-flammable composition excludes hazardous substances such as chromates, nitrites, and phosphates, aligning with safety standards for handling and transport.

This product is particularly applicable in situations involving long-term storage or transportation of metal parts like tubes, gears, and coils, where maintaining corrosion protection without compromising surface quality is critical. Its ease of use in various application methods and its compliance with international safety requirements make it a versatile option for manufacturers seeking reliable, trouble-free corrosion control in challenging conditions.
